Who are we !!

Complete Pest Management Services was first established in June 1991 by George and Rosie Dunnachie as a family owned and operated business. The company was created with the ideals of trading with honesty, integrity and enthusiasm as integral goals.

Although initially operated as a business from home, Complete Pest Management Services soon grew and employed their first technician in February 1993 followed by another technician and temporary office employee in February 1994.

Eventually in August 1995 the business could no longer be conducted from home and moved into business premises in Malaga and established an office and storage/work area.

With a full time office employee on board it wasn’t long before a full-time salesman and an office accountant were hired. By this stage Complete Pest Management’s dedication to honesty, integrity, enthusiasm, and continuing service had generated strong regular business supporting four technicians on the road.

At the beginning of the financial year 1999/2000 George and Rosalie stepped back from the day-to-day running of the business and appointed Kim Lawrence and Brett Dunnachie as co-managers.

In February 2003 Complete Pest Management Services was bought by Arcadia WA Pty Ltd, which is owned by Kim Lawrence and Barry Rowlands.

Like George and Rosalie, Kim and Barry are committed to the creed of honesty, integrity and enthusiasm. They recognise that this is how the company achieved its success and developed such a high level of recognition from their peers in both the pest control industry and regulatory authorities as the leader in the field.

All technicians employed by Complete Pest Management Services are licensed, qualified to Pest Control Competency Standards and have completed numerous specialised courses.

Kim Lawrence, the principal of Complete Pest Management Services, has combined experience of 35 years in the Pest Management Industry and a highly trained and motivated field service team.
